Another snow day and no school. There was freezing rain then snow, so the roads are very slippery. It hasn't stopped snowing since this morning. There is over 10 inches of fresh snow on the back deck and it's still snowing. Skating has been cancelled for tonight so I don't have to leave the house, thank goodness.
Char did you take your boots with you to Florida?? You're gonna need them when you get back here!! Hopefully Norm will plow your lane for you.

Hi Terri, I made you a St Patricks Day Horse, but I guess I forgot to change it for you. I'll do that now. How much snow do you have your way, or are you still away from home?

I was talking to the woman that works in the office where my husband works and she said the snow is over the top of her knee high boots. I'm sure it's just snowing like this so Char has a good homecoming!!

Its 80 here. You need to move to the sunny
south. We don't get snow.

We don't have any snow and it's 30 degrees right now.....not bad for Maine in the winter....hope it lasts.

This sounds exactly like last year when we arrived home. One snow storm after another in March. It's going to be so hard wearing long pants and sweatshirts again after wearing tanktops and going barefeet. :mad:

Oh my gosh...I dread the idea of that much snow..We have been so lucky this winter..Cold but not much snow..We were supposed to get some after midnight last night but it only rained..And then they said at 4 this afternoon, but nothing..Am I complaining???..NOT!!!!!!

Sheeesh Storme...I thought it was more like a foot of the stuff out there!!!! You would have laughed at me last night after work trying to dig my car out from under all that snow,I was griping and complaining and digging. I'm too short to get all the snow off the roof so my car went home looking like a skunk with a big white stripe all across the roof.
It took me about 20 minutes to clean it off. But I looked out this morning and it is really pretty...everything is all clean and white...I don't mind it...it's still winter here afterall. Storme...how do you manage to do yours...you are shorter than me!!!

It is beautiful here for winter. It is suppose to be nice and sunny all weekend. Toronto seems to me missing almost everything this year. I would like more snow gives me outdoor things to do with my granddaughter. We have not tubed this year or skated. Hopefully this weekend we will be out skating.

Hi Karen, I don't think I've met you before either. I'm Pat's sister and I live just outside London.
LOL - a lane is a lane way, or driveway - LOL - I forget you guys talk different than us!!

Pat, I carry a broom in my car, that's the only way I can get all the snow off and I like driving with a very clean car. When I said 10 inches, it was still snowing. I'm not sure how much we finally got, but it was up to my knees.

Looks way to COOLED for me!! No snow here in my Part of Cailf. We do get snow up in the mountians. We could see it yesterday. I'll have to take a picture the next clear day....... Try and stay WARM ladies!!! Hope the bus has a heater so you all can stay warm!!!!!

Snow is pretty well gone again and it is supposed to be really nice this coming weekend. Boy was it every foggy going home from work this morning,(Sunday) just like pea soup!
